Ziph Corp. has been building an array of data systems since 1996. 15 years of development has resulted in an extremely efficient system to collect data and transfer it correctly and simply to the office computer.
The heart of the system is in the gin. A gin data system must be equipped with correct electronics in the gin for it to be reliable. The ProCode system has a bale scale interface, seed scale interface, bale scanner, data collection board, and office computer software.
Options include consecutive bale numbering, bale screen in the gin, and truck scale interface for the module trucks.

Modularity. We won't sell you what you don't need. We offer a basic version with options, and a full blown version options.
Custom Configuration. We will sell you what you want. Custom reports to custom notification; Want to lie awake at night and listen to your bales leap out of your gin? The only limitations. . . Imagination & money.
So what is the office software like?
First off, we don't regurgitate the same reports that you already pay for from your accounting software. Our reports focus on production. Like, how well is 1st shift doing vs 2nd shift? Giving you the ability to compare the strong & weak points in your facility. From per hour to full season.
Simplicity. We have worked very hard to make our systems easy to use, and bullet proof. Natural work flow is built in.
Compatibility. From 16bit to 64bit, the ProCode system is designed for long term use. (Not planned obsolescence, so we can sell you a new update every year.) Minor revisions are free. Four yr old systems are still getting free updates for the upcoming season in 2012.
Let's talk internet access. Do you really want other people to potentially have access to your gin files? Who is liable if something happens?
Also, the ProCode system will never have a "per bale" charge.
