Gin breast will not go in.
1. Check Master kickout relay circuit. Air pressure switch not making. * Pull Master relay out and try to put breast in.
2. Make sure the remote "in" switch is not made with bad remote "in" button on the ginners console. * Pull out remote "in" relay and try again.
3. Check to see that when the breast in relay is made (second from left) that 120 volts ac is going to the breast air solenoid.
4 Check air flow valve for proper operation and in "run" position (turned to the left)
5. Kickout setpoint is too low.
Gin breast will not come out.
1. Make sure that the "breast in limit switch" is made.
2. Make sure the remote "out" switch is not made with bad remote "out" button on the ginners console. * Pull out remote "in" relay and try again.
3. Check to see that when the breast in relay is made (second from left) that 120 volts ac is going to the breast air solenoid.
4. Check air flow valve for proper operation and in "run" position (turned to the left)
Feeder motor will not start.
1. Make sure the 15 amp fuse is not blown.
2. Make sure the feeder start relay is engaging. (first one on left).
3.Red LED light in the upper left corner should be on. Red LED light in the middle of the board should be on when the feeder start relay is engaged.
4. Make sure there is enough signal from the isolation board to run the DC Motor Controller Board.
5. If the feeder start motor will not start when the breast is put in, check the "breast in limit switch"
Feeder motor will not stop.
1. Check the feeder relay to make sure it is releasing when stop button is engaged.
2. Replace motor controller.
Gin stand will not run in automatic.
1. Make sure breast in limit switch is made.
2. Make sure auto/manual switch is working.
Gin stand will not increase the feeder speed and motor load in automatic.
1. Breast in start speed is set too low. Put the controller in manual mode and move the middle display up some.
Gin stand ramps up and reaches the kickout setpoint when the gin breast is put in.
